Bermuda just became the first country in the world to abolish same-sex marriage, one year after it was legalized.

The Government of Bermuda has affirmed that natural marriage is the union of one man and one woman. Bermuda Gov. John Rankin signed a bill into law reversing an earlier Supreme Court ruling that legalized same-sex marriage.

That Court decision had overruled a referendum in which Bermudian voters rejected same-sex marriage by a wide margin. The Government noted in a bill signing statement that the majority of Bermudians do not support same-sex marriage.

Bermuda's recent repeal of same-sex marriage is an example to the world that marriage revisionism is not inevitable, and that the institution of natural marriage can still be protected.

But now Bermuda is under fire from LGBT activists and an international cabal trying to push their views onto the people of Bermuda. The global community must rally to show Bermuda that we support their decision to define marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Will you join me in encouraging the Government of Bermuda for taking this important step?

Sign the letter of encouragement to Governor John Rankin and the Hon. Walton Brown (Minister of Home Affairs) to express your solidarity!

To Governor John Rankin and the Hon. Walton Brown,

I'm writing to thank you for reaffirming natural marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Bermuda's recent repeal of same-sex marriage is an example to the world that marriage revisionism is not inevitable, and that the institution of natural marriage can still be protected.

I'm thankful for this careful and judicious balancing of policy by the Government of Bermuda. It takes great courage to take this step and I commend you for it. You have my full support.
